As a relative newbie, I think I need some gentle guidance on how to move forward.

How would I create projects that can be easily shared? A rudimentary example would be: I discovered the most efficient way to count to ten or a React slide-in notification and want to share it with the community. Or a new integration with an alternate s3 provider, like Wasabi.

I imagine I would give myself my own RuleSet, say RODR-CHAR-ME, and I should avoid adding classes to Pega rules, e.g Code-Pega-List. Or am I wrong?

Is it as simple as making a Framework Application? Are there any security implications I need to worry about? e.g Access Groups I create for myself during development accidentally being associated with the Application Ruleset.
