Pega Data UploadUtility is not working as expected

 we are using Pega V8.2.x. As per the article https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/database-management/importing-data-postgres-database we have created directories and invoking UploadUtilityManifestListener. We are facing the following issue "com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Staging location should have been created before copying file " Have access to PegaCloudrepository and created the following folders: Pega-RulesEngine StageDirectory file://pegacloudrepository:/DataUploadUtility/env/loc/staging Pega-RulesEngine FileDirectory file://pegacloudrepository:/DataUploadUtility/env/loc/uploadfile Pega-RulesEngine ManifestFileDirectory file://pegacloudrepository:/DataUploadUtility/env/loc/manifest
