can a front end screen be refreshed based on value update in DB
The user will have the case open, one service will update the case in the backend and i want the screen to refresh and take the latest values to display. Could anyone please help me execute this logic?

@Priya Ragu You can try by creating refresh strategy on change of property value, exist on you screen.
Let me know how its behave.

Try using notification channels. You can subscribe to that channel in the dynamic layout where you display the value that got updated using the On-Load event, and on call-back reload the section (with additional fetch). Publish to the notification channel using Publish-Notification method in your service activity.
