Ignore certificates handshake

When connecting to any service provider over secure protocol, how can we ignore certificate handshake from Pega towards Service provider.

The service provider is not validating any certificates from client, hence we want to disable certificates validation and post the message directly.

How is this possible ? Any inputs?
