Pega Call 8.5 - Decline button on call pop not hanging up the incoming call

Hi members,

The decline button on the PegaCall pop-up does not hangup the incoming call. On clicking it just closes the pop-up. I tried running the 'hangUpCall' function and passed the params as 'CallId - CTIPhone.ActiveCallId'. But the function is not working as expected and give out a generic error on invalid Id.

Any thoughts on what I could be missing here?
