I am looking at the options of of making deployments simple. The specific question I have is, i want to see if any one is doing full application deployment for every release. 

In general i see only changes being deployed. CI/CD is recommending full application deployment to keep thigs simple. The problem is with the delegated rules.

Would like to hear the use case of full application deployment to higher environments all the time.
