Need steps to set Pega Platform distribution image to a local hard drive

Hi Team,

Need to do the following for creating custom cipher.

The Pega Platform distribution image is extracted to a local hard drive where you have write permission, and prweb.jar has been expanded.

Kindly suggest steps for the same.
