Datatype: Unable to capture audit while performing delete only through import / bulk process delete

In Datatype: Unable to capture audit while performing delete only through import / bulk process delete, customized  pyPreProcessRecordOnImport activity and added History-Add method -> for "Import" - RuleAction.

Please suggest me any alternatives if available.
