Merging multiple proposition in one treatment

we are using Pega Marketing 7.2 and we are trying to run a campaign that generates multiple propositions per customer however we are not able to merge all proposed propositions into one email treatment.

 

is there any way to build a flow that merges multiple propositions in one treatment?
