Getting the Error

com.pega.pegarules.pub.services.ConnectorException: Caught unhandled exception: java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.http.conn.ConnectTimeoutException: Connect to ******.***.***.**:443 [******.***.**/**.**.**.*] failed: connect timed out

In Higher Environment(QA) and working fine in Lower Environment(Development).
