3 questions:

1. How long a requestor stays idle? 
2. When I see in Requestor Pools landing page, that a service package XXX has Idle=7, it basically means that the max active was 7. But on what time slot? Is it for last day/week/month/since last restart?
3. Is there any way to see how the Active (or Idle) number was updated through the time? Where could I find a history?
