App Saving Instances of Data-Corr-Email randomly
Send email notification is saving instances in Data-Corr-Email very randomly and these instances are not having error apart from
<pyMaxResends>3</pyMaxResends> in the XML.
If there is no error, why these instances are getting saved? And how to send these email messages again?
Logs doesn't show any error as well!

App is using SendSimpleEmail OOTB activity. This has a step in 19.6 with obj-save, but that step will be executed if there is any error.
There are no error in logs, but these instances are getting saved.

@Abhijit_Saha The broken entries if any are visible in Queue Management landing page. An outgoing email's data is saved as an instance of Data-Corr-Email and queued as instances of System-Queue-DefaultEntry for processing by Pega-ProCom.SendCorr Agent

App is using SendSimpleEmail OOTB activity and it is not being sent as batch mode. There are no broken records for that agent and no error either in logs, but these instances are getting saved.

If the max attempt has been reached then you should have an error somewhere. Maybe on your PegaRULES log. Have you try to trace your send activity?
