We have been storing all case attachment, pulse attachment, email and its attachment in pega cloud database. But considering the data base size, and performance, we are in the process of moving to 'BOX Web storage'. After made the configuration in the application rule for web storage attachment, we could see the case and pulse attachments are automatically storing in BOX. But emails and email attachments are not. Can we store email attachments in BOX ? Any limitation for BOX to not store the email attachments ? Any insight into this would be really helpful. Thank you!
