Server is taking too long to connect and after i have entered the log in details it didn't even connect on my Pega 8.4. personal?

Dear Sir ,

 

Please help me in this issue,

 

I have installed Pega 8.4.0 personal edition in my laptop today i.e, May 5th 2021.

While installing there were no errors it was installed successfully.

After the clicking on the server start it takes almost 30 mins for the start up to complete and after i have entered my login credentials in the login page it takes forever to connect.

Kindly look into this issue and help me rectify the problem.
