Added Ruleset not visible when creating a new issue/group under Decisioning:Proposition Management Page

Hi,

I have created an "ABC" application and "XYZ" ruleset and created few rules in it. Next, I created "ABC1" application and added "XYZ" ruleset from "ABC" application in the application stack. I am able to view all the rules that have been created in the "XYZ" ruleset in "ABC1" application and also I am able to create the new rules.

When I am trying to add a new issue/group under Decisioning: Proposition Management page, the "XYZ" ruleset is not visible in the dropdown of the ruleset. I can only see the rulesets that are generated with "ABC1" application.

Is there a way that we can create new issue/group in "XYZ" ruleset in "ABC1" application?

Note: I have created these applications in my personal Edition 8.5.1
