I do not have GM Framework option

Hi, we need to access PegaRULES http://gmpega.webfarm.ms.com/prweb/PRServletCustom/mEXAFnAxxnk6H-EWqP0QBA%5B%5B*/!STANDARD? every now and then, and part of our process is to switch to GM Framework application. But I do not have that option. Please see screenshot. How can I have GM Framework? Thanks
