Facebook Callback URL not working in 8.5.2

I am experimenting with Pega Facebook IVA integration in Pega 8.5.2. Pega has generated the below url for callback 

https://************.com:8082/prweb/PRHTTPService/channel/srv/fblogin

 

I tried with the url and verify response as "pega" but is not working. Any advices or anyone able to solve this issue?

 

PS: our server has proper certificate and the tracer of service rule is not showing up any entries.
