pySectionReference standard property

Hi, 

It has been several days now that I have been unsucessfully looking for the purpose of the standard property pySectionReference.

1. Does anyone know what is the purpose of the rule?

2. Is there any UNIQUE documentation gathering ALL pega standard properties and their purpose?

Since this property appears to be ui-related; 

3. Is there a way to locate a ui rule from the ui inspector by its name, something like a search box to search and identify a rule in the tree?
