What timezone is the pxcommitdatetime column displayed in the database?

What timezone is the pxcommitdatetime column displayed in the database. Is it the timezone of the operator or the timezone of the server? I have determined at least that it is not GMT.

@GaryM712 As per my understanding the pxCommitDateTime will be stored in the timezone of the database/app server. By the way the timezone and regional settings should be same for the DB & App server.
