Will Rule-Declare-Trigger work on DataSet-Execute (CRUD) method?

Hi,

Greetings. Most of code in the application is using DataSet-Execute (CRUD) method to save an instance. Will Rule-Declare-Trigger work on this method? I am on Pega v8.4.2
