Delimiter for record terminator such as record separator(RS), group separator(GS)?

What is the Delimiter that can be used in Parse Delimited rule for record terminator such as record separator(RS), group separator(GS)?

I have a requirement to read data from .txt file having a record separator (i.e GS (CH29)) aside from common delimiter such as pipe, comma, etc. Would it be possible?
