Auto populate form in first stage of case life cycle
Hi there,
I'm having trouble enabling a case life cycle whereby users are presented with a list of auto-populated fields as the first step in a case workflow (they would then be clicking on one of these fields, a URL, to conduct an action outside of Pega).
I noticed all case life cycles default to having users fill out a form as the first step. Can this be avoided?
For additional context I'm working in App Studio on a free trial since I'd like to demo what building a workflow would be like for my client (they are choosing between different services, Pega being one of them).
