How to use OAUTH 2.0 in SSO?

We tried to use OpenId as one approach but hit some roadblocks. So was wondering if we can use OAUTH 2.0 in SSO (similar to REST calls). We also have tried SAML 2.0 and it works as well. Want to explore how to use OAUTH 2.0. Unfortunately we do not see an option to select "OAUTH 2.0" in Authentication Type so we were looking for the "Custom" approach. 

Pega version : 8.5.2

Would like to get some suggestions/thoughts on this.
