How to enable Usage Metrics in Pega 8.5.1 on Prem instance

How to enable Usage Metrics in Pega 8.5.1 on Prem instance?

I found below dss set to true, but not sure what relevance it has with usage metrics

Pega-RULES • usage/usagetrackingenabled

Also, i have seen log file with name pega-logs/PegaUSAGE.json.log, but its empty :(

Any thoughts please

@Avinash.Haridasu the DASS Pega-RULES • usage/usagetrackingenabled is related to license daemon which writes entries into pr_hourly_usage table. This is not related to the process which writes the data to PegaUSAGE.json.log and is not enabled as of now.
