creating separte pipeline for production
I was thinking why shouldn't we create a separate pipeline for production in PDM. In all the projects I have seen a pipeline is configured till production but everytime it moves till pat it needs to be aboted because eg: it is not a production day or we donot have a business go . Since all the pipeline are manually intiated why not create separate ones for production ?

@NidhiS34 You can use the same pipeline for Production too . You can simply add an approval step before Production deployment . So it wait for the approval till the production day and you can still use the same pipeline for other environment deployments. On the production day/ or when you have Business go , you can simply approve the existing pipeline items.
