Text extraction based on combination of keywords in the sentence

Hi There, Greetings!!

 

For a business problem, we need to identify sentences with presence of certain keywords.

 For example, if Keyword1(or its synonyms are present) AND keyword2(or its synonyms) are present then highlight the text.

Second example, if Keyword1(or its synonyms are present) AND keyword2(or its synonyms) but not keyword3(or its synonyms), then highlight the text.

 

This is not related to entity recognition but is related to plain text extraction based on above rules regardless of the part of speech the keyword belongs to.

I have tried Pega prediction Studio -> text extraction model, but I was able to apply one set of keywords like keyword1, how to add AND, NOT conditions for keyword2/3 to it?

Really appreciate to get help on what will be the right tool to attain this and some training/link of how to do it.
