Tracer pages do not display properties

Tried to restart as per the below article but still the issue exists .

Steps:

1 Trigger an email Listener

2.Trace open the service email rule 

3.The rule gets traced but upon opening the Tracer pages, the properties do not display. A blank screen displays instead.

Note:Tracing the service email as i cannot trace the requestor of the Email listener from SMA  due to some config issue in SMA.
