Same case vs Subcase parallelism recommendations

Team,

We need to provide to a client the recommendations from pega on using Same Case vs Sub Case Parallelism. We need to document the decision as well. There used to be a CLSA 7.1 Article describing it but is not longer hosted on pdn.

Help needed in getting the recommendations from anyone from PEGA or the article softcopy if possible.
