Parse Delimited with multiple characters

I am trying to use a Parse Delimited Rule to split the contents of a file.

I know you can set the delimiter to =PageName.Property

Question 1: The PageName, there is no place to specify class for the page, what page is this referring to? What page should this be? What class should it be? I couldn't find anything in the documentation and forums about this.

Question 2: Can I specify multiple characters in such property? my delimiters are multi-character.
