If I have a report with two column (city - country), I want to achieve the following requirements:
- show the total number of cities foe each country.
- show the total number of cities foe each country.

Please clarify what you are trying to do. You have listed the same requirement twice.
If you have a class (DB table) with Country/City value pairs, and you want to show a count of cities for each country, you just need to have 2 columns in your report: Country and City, where you have "Count" selected in the Summarize option for the City column. The Country column automatically becomes the "group by" column because it has no Summarize function selected.
