Next Best Action for Prospect

Hi,

We have a requirement to initiate Next best action for prospect or annonimus user who are visiting our web site.

Since there is not much data available for decisioning with annonimus prospect, i am wondering if there is any best practice recommendation approach available in Pega to best utilize CDH in inbound channel for prospect?
