Pega 8.3.3 Admin Studio Overview shows wrong info 0 Users 1 node running

When viewing admin studio to check how many users are logged in, it reports 0, and other information is also incorrect.  shows only 1 node running, and that node isn't even the one I am logged in to.

Is this something that requires restart, or is there a less invasive fix? A known issue?

PDC shows all nodes running normally.
