Pega Rule Error

I am trying to create a rest api in one of the cloud instances on the BA learning path, and I face the following error message

Commit error: A commit cannot be performed because a deferred save of instance RULE-ADMIN-SYSTEM-SETTINGS MYTOWN311-E3 AUTHPROFILE #20200921T002607.072 GMT failed: code: <none> SQLState: <none> Message: <none>
