In section, I have different controls added. I am using when rule which will decide whether the value is required or not. But scenario is not working as expected. The properties required for when rule are present on clipboard with correct values so that I am pretty sure when rule is working fine. So it seems issue is with control only. This is creating issue in Date Time control. If I am removing client side validation from Perform harness then it is working fine but I can not do so as it will decrease the performance.
