Distorted UI Display in End User Logins
User Interface is distorted in end user Portals/logins in Internet Explorer when the Browser Memory crosses 1000 MB
If user re logins in a new session , everything is working fine

Hello,
The article you are mentioning was for Page 7.2. Having said that I believe this is an IE specific issue anyway. Are you still working with Internet Explorer?

Hi Marc,
We are recently upgraded from Pega 7.1.6 to Pega 8.2.1 and we are using Internet Explorer.
We see the above article was the resolution which was provided for a similar issue.

Hi,
It appears you are running into IE memory issues. Memory is not getting released and eventually it is crashing the browser. You can confirm this from detached windows on the heap snap shots.
You can enter an INC case along with the heap snap shots of the browser and we can investigate the issue further.
