Who should write scenario tests in Pega
Considering the advantages of scenario testing and the scope in which the test cases can be used, I believe that its the Quality Assurance team that should typically work on creating and executing scenario tests assuming that QA team has basic knowledge of the Pega Platform. I believe that the features it provides is similar to what some automation tools like Selenium provide. System Architects should only be writing Pega Unit Test cases for each of the supported rules.
I am eager to hear thoughts from others.

Complete Scenario Test suites are to be typically written by Quality Assurance team. Please read "Automated test tools" section in https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/articles/pega-express/test
However, if the System Architect feels that he is manually navigating multiple screens in an application to unit test the functionality that he has built, he could leverage scenario test as this will fasten his testing.
