Hi ,

We are going to implement a custom Archival solution for our application based on Status, Resolved No of days etc.

But there is a specific requirement from our Client IT side that, before purging & archiving each selected application, the custom code should be able to generate a zip file for each work object which they can use later if needed to import the case back to online schema.
