Text categorization model creation
Hello,
we are using text categorization model with capturing feedback data and would like to rebuild the model with API method activity pxUpdateModels. To make it possible to rebuild the model with this activity it is necessary to place the model in unlocked ruleset version. Keeping in mind that unlocked ruleset should be the production one we created production ruleset and tried to create the model in it but there are no production rulesets available when you are creating the model in Prediction studio.
Could you please share the best practices of text categorization models creation for such a scenario?

Typically we do not recommend building models in production as there will be no unlocked rulesets. It would be better to export the feedback and build models in a lower environment and them move them back to production.
