Unable to launch applications using adapters in Robot Studio
Hi,
I have recently installed Pega Robotic Studio (V Proprietary information hidden), I am trying to automate MS Teams application. So i have taken a Windows Application adapter and gave Teams.exe path. When i am trying to start interrogation, i can only see interrogation form but the application is not getting launched. Same issue with Web and Universal Web adapters. Do i need to change any configurations? Kindly help on this issue.

I do not have MS Teams on my VM, however on my machine without Pega Robotics Studio, I have noticed that the path to launch Teams is; %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Teams\Update.exe --processStart "Teams.exe".
That would means you'd need to use a Windows Adapter with the following settings;
Path = %LocalAppData%\Microsoft\Teams\Update.exe
Arguments = --processStart "Teams.exe"
HookChildProcesses = True
You might also be able to interrogate it by setting the Path to "Teams.exe" (you can disable ResolvePath so you don't have to enter the full path) and set the StartMethod to MonitorAll.

Regarding WA and UWA, Do you get interrogation form or timeout error?
Check if you have whitelisted Pega Robotics installation folder in antivirus on the machine.
Are you able to start any other windows application like notepad etc.?
