Application Import Aged Updates

When importing a datatinstance or rules jar, with desinger studio (Pega 7.3.1),

there comes a step warning about import of "Aged Updates".

THere is a checkbox to select or unselect this action.

By default this checkbox is set (true).

Is it possible to configure this so that the default of this checkbox is NOT set (FALSE) ?
