Regarding split screen

Is there OOTB available for screen split? if there kindly let me know how we can do.

Yes, I want one section with two screens rather than inline grid double. is there any OOTB for split screen?

Example:  with in the same section ,like half of the screen will show work object data form and other half can display a PDF document or a Word document for the users to refer and update the work object form.
