Pega Pulse Notification Issue
Hi All,
OOTB Pega Notification worked fine for some time but after a day not able to see any notifications when I post any thing in pulse/Space.
Any suggestion why its not working.

@Vikram22 Have you verified Email Account configuration, SMTP blocks ?
Also, you can isolate the issue ie ., generating the email or sending the generated email by looking at the instances of email class.

Email Account configuration status is good and Connected successfully to email server and from the case email is being sent successfully.
But its email is not being sent when a post is made in pulse (Private post )/Space and not able to see notifications.

Pulse and Space uses Email Account Name as "PulseNotifications", please ensure the test connectivity for outbond communication of this email account is successful, that should resolve your issue.

I am having similar issue. Have made a the configurations and the checks. Still we are not receiving the emails.
Any light on what else can be wrong, would be helpful.

@SureshC5289 Can you share the screenshot of the Test Connection of the Email Account also the PegaRULES logs?
I've seen few organizations require Server registration with their SMTP registration where the IP of the Server being used in sending the notification must be whitelisted with SMTP.
