What is the role of DDS in calculating interaction history summary?

Hi,

I migrated to NBA designer v2.

First question:

I have few questions regarding the DDS node configuration in IH summary calculation. As per my knowledge DDS won't be used for IH summary calculation. But it is expecting a DDS node as well.

Second issue: And also, I need to change the contact policy windows to 14 days in configuring in new a contact. By default pega has given 7 days and 30 days but my requirement is to check the window for 14 days window.

I have saved the 7 days dataset to 14 days in the interaction history summaries landing page (Configure > Decisioning > Decisions > Data Sources > Interaction Histories, and then edit the Interaction History rule Action Outcomes for the past 7 Days or Action Outcomes for the past 30 Days. ). But it is not reflecting in contact policy configuration window. Please let me know if I am missing something.
