SAE 8 Solution build only points doesn't have access to app and dev studio anymore
Good day,
The solution build that I am working on directly routes me to the case manager portal. And I only have access to the case worker portal as well. I don't really get how this even happened. But could you make access available so that I can continue my solution build?

It seems like you have attached the wrong screenshot.
You can add the Manager portal to the list of portals in the access group.

Yes, my mistake. It was the wrong screenshot. But I don't want to add the manager portal. I want to have access to the app and dev studio again.

I assume that you are using the "author@tourist" operator to log in for this solution.
Could you please try with any other operator which you have used for Exercises previously and open "author@tourist" Operator rule and see the default access group there.
Please share the screenshot of the operator if possible.

Could you please search for "author@tourist" in Dev Studio.
Or go to Records->Organization->Operator ID you will get the list of operators. Could you please check there.

I added the screen to the file. But I figured out. The dev studio works. Whenever I click to access the app studio from the dev studio. I land on this case manager portal

For author@tourist Operator ID, I think it will be the other access group, not the CarRentals: Authors, Could you please check the correct pointed access group of the operator ID and make changes for it.

I also tried it from admin. But keep on having the same problem. My colleague does use the access group CarRentals: Authors. And he doesn't have a problem with switching between app and dev studio

Seems like you have added Developer portal for Author Access group but your operator is pointing to Administrators Access group. Could you please change that and try?

At first it pointed to Author access group with express at default which caused me to enter the manager portal each time I logged in. So I put developer on default. This helped me at least to open dev studio. But each time I switch from the dev studio to the app studio. It opens the managers portal. So I tried seeing if something else would happen when I log in as admin and then switch from admin studio to the app studio. It still opens up the managers portal. At this point switching back to author access group won't fix the problem. That was already the case in the beginning

So now, when you log in with Administrators access group as default, then you need to open Dev Studio, then in Administrators access group, change the default portal.
If this is not the issue, could you please let me know what's the exact issue with screenshots if possible.

The configuration seems to have no issues.
Did you make any changes to the pxExpress portal or harness?
