after entering username in textbox and clicking on next is not working
when i am trying to login to office 365, i am able to enter the username in username field. even after entering correct email id and clicking on next/login button. it doesnot working. can anyone give an idea to resolve this issue.
and my understanding is after enter the username also the placeholder still exist on the screen

Thanks for posting the query. As per the screen-shot, seems you are logging to the Microsoft account. If the UI has been implemented in Pega try the following steps.
Can you please check the action-set of the particular button and find the missing validations if any. Try to perform the use-case again after adding the proper action-set which suits your requirement.
If the action-set is correct, check the pega tracer and the network trace to find the root cause.

actually it is clicking on sign in button. but i have been getting the error as it is in the screenshot. from my point of view, once the username is entered the place holder still exist in the textbox. is that could be the problem?
