Test ID is not available for Automation

HI... 

I couldn't able to find the test-Id's for Radio button controls , when i am trying to open in the portal HTML Live UI (F12).

but test ID's are available when open the rule form. these test ids are my testing team using for automation.

and i have PegaRules :AccessRole as well.

 

Any suggestions please.
