Keep previous data on Data Page when Connect-Soap Fails on re load

We defined Node Level Data Page to reload is older than 1 Day. Source is SOAP Connector.

Client requirement is if the SOAP fails then do not refresh the data page and it should contain the previous data. Retry is not an option as we are not sure when the issue will get fixed so the old data should remain on the data page if there is any errors while reloading the data page.
