Display an alert Popup When ever case is assigned to user only when he is logged on

Hi Team

Similar to Meeting remainder , i need to display an alert pop up to user when he logged in saying this particular case is assigned to You. How to acheive this in pega.

Hi

I am not sure of ALERT pop-ups, but a notifications can be sent whenever work is assigned. 

It usually shows up on the "Bell" icon, if configured

Suppose if there are 10 new cases that are reassigned to the operator. Then on logging with the operator do want the pop up that many times, or a single pop up which says the WO's assigned to that particular ID.
