Open CTI Desktop Implementation Configuration - Java script object?

Hi,

I new to Pega Open CTI , I am not sure what to configure in this field "Java script object"

The Doc Pega 8.1 says "enter the JavaScript reference that is used to perform the operation." I am really not clear what js file we need to give? We have to create a custom script or the script will be shared by (CTI)Vendor?

Is there any sample doc to look , so that we can learn and make the changes?

Please share some doc to learn it. Please don't share the OpenCTI Client Side Intergration where I am not finding anything.

Hi Sundaravadivleu,

Thanks for posting the query.

The javascript object would be the js file where the required js functions have existed for the selected OpenCTI. For example, if you are using the amazon connect open CTI, it would be like (pega.cti.embeddedApi.AWSConnect). Please refer to the implementation guide of amazon open CTI for reference (https://community.pega.com/knowledgebase/documents/pega-call-83-configuration-and-operations-guide-cti-link-amazon-connect).
