Passivation Exception in logs
Hi,
We are working in Pega Platform 8.1.5 version. We have observed below error in log file for our application. Could you please advise how to fix this issue.
com.pega.pegarules.session.internal.mgmt.base.NodeRequestorMgt*NA*NA*NA*NA*NA****NA*NA*NA*NA*NA*NA*NA*NA*[MSG][Unable to timeout page. No data has been lost at this time. As a best practice, ensure all properties are Serializable to protect against dataloss .]
[STACK] [com.pega.pegarules.session.external.mgmt.PageCannotBeSerializedForPassivationException: Unable to passivate page 'ProductListPage' on thread 'OpenPortal_Developer' in requestor 'SDJGLSKDGLSKRJZ02J6DLQWN5SDERA7A'. Can you please check if the error is generated from 'Queue Processors' requestor passivation ? I can see that the requestor id started with 'S' (SDJGLSKDGLSKRJZ02J6DLQWN5SDERA7A).
In 8.1.x versions, we have Browser(H), Batch(B), Application(A) , Portal(P) and AsyncProcessor (little uncertain about the prefix here).
The AsyncProcessor requestor type (for Queue Processing) is deprecated as of 8.3. The context to resolve Job Scheduler and Queue Processor rules in the background is handled by the System Runtime Context. For more information, see System Runtime Context and Automating the runtime context management of background processes.
